The guidance guide for the communication and language from a gender perspective has as an objective to display the equality in the communication and corporate image of CMRB, using a gender-sensitive language, associated with the quality and prestige of the research projects and with the optimisation of human resources and their potentiality.
That is to say, the purpose is to provide CMRB people a useful and easy tool to use an egalitarian language.
The guide is divided in two parts. The first one contains the preceptive and institutional framework of reference and a conceptual framing. In the second part, suggestions for a gender-sensitive language are tackled. A glossary and recommended bibliography are also included.
